Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide notice 24 hours in advance will result in a $75 cancellation fee for appointments that are up to an hour and $100 for any appointment that is greater than one hour. We collect a credit card to schedule all appointments. You are not charged at the time of booking and are only charged if the cancellation policy is not followed as outlined. Skinpen/microneedling appointments require a $100 deposit.

We accept cash, or major credit cards. We do not accept Care Credit at this time.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Just like you go to a doctor to establish care before getting prescribed medication, we have our PA complete an initial visit with all new clients. This annual visit is complimentary and will go over medications, health history, and determine you are a healthy candidate for Skinlab services.
After you have filled out a little paperwork, you will be taken back for a consultation with one of our nurse injectors to discuss your goals and the areas you desire to improve. Any questions or concerns you may have will be addressed prior to proceeding with treatment. Most of our clients choose to have the recommended treatment performed that same day, but you can always schedule it for a different day if needed.
DO YOU HAVE COUPONS FOR BOTOX OR FILLERS?
While we do have occasional sales that are posted on our website and social media, there are also rewards coupons available through Alle and Aspire. These two programs are free and easy to sign up for, and you will acquire points for every injectable purchased which are redeemed for coupons off your next treatment.
DO BOTOX AND FILLER INJECTIONS HURT?
Injections may sound scary, but our clients are always pleasantly surprised at how little pain they experience at Skinlab. We use the smallest needles available, and also offer a compounded topical numbing cream, complimentary with our dermal fillers. Our nurse injectors are gentle, compassionate, and will take great care of you!
ARE THERE ANY SERVICES I CAN RECEIVE IF I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you can receive IV Hydration, Microneedling and Dermaplaning, we just require a note from your doctor.
